• Follow the law
• Resolve any problems

Community Content (User-Generated Content)

Our app includes an optional community feature that lets you create a public profile and share videos with other users. This feature is optional, available only to users who are at least 18 years old, and intended to be a respectful space for sharing beauty and wellness content. By enabling a community profile and posting content, you agree to the following terms in addition to the rest of this Agreement, including our Community Standards below.

• Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to create a community profile or post any community content. The community feature is not intended for anyone under 18.
• Ownership and rights.You represent and warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights and permissions to, the content you share, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law. You may not upload content created by other people, recorded without consent, or that you do not have the right to post.
• Public and downloadable. Community content is public. Other users (and, in some cases, the public) can view, download, screenshot, and re-share your videos. Your username, caption, tags, and metrics such as view and like counts are visible to other users. Do not post anything you are not comfortable being seen, copied, or distributed.
• License you grant us. By posting community content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license continues for content others have downloaded or re-shared even after you remove the original.
• Removal and moderation. We may remove, hide, or restrict any content, and may suspend or remove any community profile, at any time, with or without notice and for any reason or no reason. Content reported by other users or flagged by us may be taken down. Our staff and service providers may review, access, and use community content for moderation, safety, enforcement, and training purposes.
• No warranty.The community feature and all community content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, availability, or retention of any content, and we are not responsible for content posted by other users.

Community Standards

When you use the community feature, you agree not to post, share, or engage with content that violates these standards. Violations may result in content removal, restricted visibility, suspension, or permanent loss of community access.

• Harassment and bullying. You may not target others with insults, threats, degrading remarks about appearance or identity, doxing (sharing private contact or location information), or coordinated abuse intended to harm or humiliate someone.
• Hate speech. You may not post attacks or slurs based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Nudity and sexual content. You may not post nudity, sexual activity, sexually explicit material, or sexually suggestive content. Content related to beauty or wellness does not exempt explicit or sexual material.
• Violence and graphic content. You may not post violence, gore, or content intended to shock, disturb, or glorify harm to people or animals.
• Spam and deception. You may not post spam, scams, misleading claims, fake engagement, impersonation of others, or content designed to manipulate or defraud users.
• Intellectual property. You may not post content you do not own or lack rights to share, including videos, music, or images that infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Illegal or harmful activity. You may not post anything unlawful or that promotes dangerous, harmful, or self-destructive behavior.
• Privacy and consent.You may not post content recorded or shared without the consent of everyone shown or heard, or content that exposes someone else's private personal information without permission.
• Youth safety. Even though the community feature is limited to users 18 and older, you may not post content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate contexts.

Enforcement and Reporting

• Enforcement. We may remove, hide, or restrict content; suspend community access; or permanently remove a community profile at any time, with or without notice. More severe or repeated violations of these Community Standards may result in stronger action. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required by law or when we believe there is a credible risk of harm.
• Reporting violations. Other users can report community content in the app. We review reports and may take action when content violates these standards, but we do not guarantee that every report will result in removal or other action.

You can disable community sharing or permanently delete your community profile and videos at any time from within the app.
